I’ve just posted number 98 of my personal challenge to write a blog post every day for 100 days. It’s been incredible. Frustrating and scary at times, times when I had to push through tiredness to not miss a day, but ultimately worth it. In the final one, which I’ll post the day after tomorrow, I’ll reflect on why I did it, what I’ve learned from it, and what I’m going to do next.

I've enjoyed and benefited much from your work across the years. Its always given me another thinker to read or follow. Thank you for sticking through the hard parts (and driving to the Isle of Skye twice) to bring us this meaningful work.

This really resonates with me Kenny. I’m currently, with Rachel, undertaking the mother of all side projects setting up a moderate sized medical clinic from the ground up while working as a full time GP with an additional side hustle and young kids… But I feel great. I feel energised despite working what most would consider A LOT of hours. Do a job you love and you will never do a days work is part of the answer but also variety and self determination are the secret sauce I think. Keep up the good work with examined life, here’s to another 10 years! Or your next side project..

'Side project' feels like the understatement of the year for what you're up to Simon! So impressed with this, and very keen to hear about it's development. Also glad you're buzzing from it, despite the stress and busyness. Up in Edin on the first weekend of November, let's try and get a pint or some such if it fite.
